Tender northern Walleye, crusted with potato and bacon and pan seared; served with rice pilaf and choice of vegetable.

Cedar Plank Wild Salmon                                                         
Smoked on the grill, with your choice of bournon glaze or mushroom and crab gravy, served with roasted corn and choice of potato.

Paella (pie-a-ya)                                                         
Sea scallops, shrimp, littleneck clams, lobster and tilapia all sautéed in butter, garlic and deglazed with white wine. Tossed with red peppers and red onions; served over creamy rice pilaf. 

Pacifica Filet Napoleon (Surf & Turf Tower)                                                       
Like finding Neptune's treasure chest. Medallions of filet are grilled to order and towered between jumbo sea scallops, a grilled lobster tail and grilled shrimp that is tossed in a light cream sauce, which is then placed on a piece of garlic crostini and confetti greens. Served with mashed potatoes and choice of vegetable.

Ocean Alfredo                                                        
Shrimp, crabmeat, lobster bits, tilapia and sea scallops sautéed in light garlic infused oil, on a bed of penne pasta and then covered in a seafood Alfredo sauce.

12oz steak grilled to your preference; served with chive and smoked bacon whipped red potatoes and choice of vegetable.

Boneless breast of chicken tossed with panko breadcrumbs and fried. Brie cheese is broiled on the chicken then it's topped with warm fresh raspberry sauce. Served with roasted red potatoes and vegetable.

Herb Linguini with Chicken               
Grilled chicken breast, sliced and tossed with linguini, seasonal vegetables and covered in a fresh basil cream sauce, finished with parmesan cheese curls.
