POKER PIT MANAGER

• Responsible for implementing and ensuring all operations of casino table games and employees' performance are in compliance with the Company's objectives, policies, procedures and goals and the West Virginia table games regulations.
• Maintaining the highest quality standards in all areas of customer service and hospitality and developing players.
• Coaching employees in his/her span of control to maintain and improve on expected levels of performance, promotion and productivity by using positive motivation.
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• A minimum of three to five years experience in casino operations required as well as minimum four years table games experience preferred with progressive supervisory experience.
• Stong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
